Terms and Conditions of Contract, Delivery, and Return
E-PARTNER GLOBAL COMMERCE S.L. (Hereinafter referred to as GURAIFY), with CIF ESB02973071, registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona on 01/21/2021 (volume 47629, folio 11, sheet 557614) is a technology consulting company, implementer of processes, products, and online services, oriented towards the logistics and transportation sector. Located in Barcelona (08225) with contact email info@guraify.com
The following service contracts can be made through the website:
1) Services
1.- Installation and/or training services: Includes the installation and/or training services of the K1 device. In no case does GURAIFY market or sell said device which will be provided by the client.
2.- Consulting and implementation services: Include advisory services in the implementation of different technological solutions for the optimization of supply chains, routes, plans for commercial visits, of both material and human resources, etc.; as well as support in installation with different ERPs. It may also include training for the entire affected chain for the correct use of the provided solutions.
2) Contracting Process
General contracting conditions:
For informational purposes and prior to contracting, the website provides information on each of the products and services: identification of the product and services, their characteristics, brief video, conditions, and rates.
The process of contracting products and services is carried out as follows depending on the type of service:
a) Direct contracting from the website: For the installation and/or training of the K1 device in the packages specified on the page.
b) Special conditions: For cases not contemplated in the existing packages on the website, an offer will be requested via email to info@guraify.com. GURAIFY will send the proposal to the email provided by the client with the contracted conditions and acceptance of the offer.
3) Payment Method
GURAIFY's website has an SSL certificate.
Payment for installation packages is made prior to the start of the service. And it is made through:
- Payment with a bank card through our bank's payment platform, via Virtual Point of Sale Terminal (VPOS), contracted by GURAIFY.
For the payment of implementation projects and other cases not contemplated in the packages, there is the possibility of making a bank transfer to GURAIFY's account.
4) Delivery Policy
There are no postal deliveries, due to the services that GURAIFY markets which are online, installations, and/or videoconferences (hours and/or travel of technicians and consultants).
After making and verifying the payment, if the service is installation, the process begins to contact the client and schedule an installation appointment at their facilities. Once the appointment is closed, an email is sent to the client with the details of it.
If the service is consulting and/or implementation, the contract itself accepted by the client already incorporates the terms agreed between the parties.
5) Returns or Cancellation Policy
For consultations, you will have 24 hours to change your mind and cancel your purchase, requesting a 100% refund of your amount. If the consulting process has started, the hours consumed up to that moment will be deducted if applicable.
For installations, the client can withdraw and recover 100% as long as they notify before 15:00 the day before the installation appointment. If the cancellation occurs on the same day or after 15:00 the day before, they will recover 50% (25% for Saturdays).
6) Restrictions
It will not be possible for minors to contract.
