DATA CONTROLLER

We inform you that the personal data that the entity may collect from you will be incorporated into the files of GURAIFY, located at Carrer Doctor Cistaré, 39 Entlo 1ª 08225 Terrassa Barcelona. These files are duly registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

As the data controller, GURAIFY will request, whenever necessary, express consent to this privacy policy as a prerequisite to the provision of your personal data.



PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION

Guraify TMS is a professional application intended for the operational management of transport, delivery and shipment tracking. The application allows drivers and authorized personnel to consult assigned routes, manage stops, scan packages, register deliveries, attach photographs, collect digital signatures as proof of delivery and synchronize information with the company’s management system.



DATA WE MAY PROCESS

Through the application, the following categories of data may be processed:

  • User identification data: name, surname, email, access user and associated company.
  • Professional or operational data: assigned routes, trips, legs, stops, shipments, packages, delivery statuses, incidents and observations.
  • Location data: approximate or precise device position when necessary to register operational events, such as arrival at a stop, delivery, pickup or incident.
  • Images and documents: photographs of goods, documentation, incidents or proof of delivery.
  • Digital signature: signature collected as proof of delivery or confirmation of receipt.
  • Technical data: session identifiers, access token, synchronization status, technical logs necessary for the operation of the app and incident diagnosis.



PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data is processed for the following purposes:


  • Allow secure user access to the application.
  • Display assigned routes, stops and tasks to the driver or authorized user.
  • Register the execution of transport, pickup and delivery services.
  • Manage proof of delivery, including photographs, documentation and digital signatures.
  • Synchronize operational information with the company’s management system.
  • Resolve incidents, verify deliveries and improve service traceability.
  • Maintain the security, availability and proper functioning of the application.

The legal basis for processing the data may be, depending on the case:

DEVICE PERMISSIONS

  • Camera: capture photographs, documents, labels or evidence related to delivery or pickup.
  • Location: register the device position in operational events linked to the route, stop, delivery, pickup or incident.
  • Storage or photos: attach or save images/documents necessary for the service.
  • Network/internet: synchronize information with the company servers.


The user may manage these permissions from the device settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit the operation of some functionalities of the application.



DATA RETENTION

The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described, address legal responsibilities, resolve incidents, prove deliveries or comply with contractual, tax, commercial or transport obligations.



RECIPIENTS AND PROVIDERS

The data may be processed by technological providers necessary for the operation of the application and the management system, including hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, technical support or business software services.

Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

When necessary, the data may be communicated to customers, recipients, logistics operators, insurance companies, public administrations or competent authorities, always within the applicable legal framework and the provision of the service.

SECURITY MEASURES

Personal data will be treated with the appropriate level of protection, taking the legally necessary security measures to prevent their loss, deterioration, and supply and access to unauthorized third parties. However, the User should be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

To this end, the file controller has adopted the levels of protection of Personal Data legally required and has installed all means and technical measures at its disposal according to the state of technology to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the Personal Data provided.



PROFESSIONAL USE OF THE APPLICATION

Guraify TMS is intended for professional use by drivers, employees, collaborators or users authorized by the company. The application is not intended for minors or for personal or domestic use.



MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

GURAIFY may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to applicable legislation. However, in the event that this occurs, the User will be duly informed of the changes made in the processing of their personal data.

Also, in case such modification requires the User's consent, it will be communicated for the purpose of obtaining the same.
